Production Time

Every item is made to order, with regular production time of 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) before it ships. Please note that if your design requires your approval, the production time does not include the time before it is approved by you.

Shipping Time

Once produced, regular local USA shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

Holiday Delays

During peak holiday periods, processing and shipping may take up to 1-2 additional weeks. We'll adjust delivery timeframes when applicable but to ensure your order has the best chance of arriving on time, we recommend placing it as early as possible.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once your package is handed off to the delivery company, delivery speed is out of our hands. We're not responsible for delays caused by the delivery companies, and we're unable to offer refunds for packages that arrive later than expected.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, lost or appears to be stuck in transit and not moving at all for at least 5 business days, please reach out to us, we're happy to help sort it out.
