Returns

At Horde Mentality, every item is made to order using print-on-demand production. This means we only produce what's actually purchased, avoiding the waste of mass production and helping us operate more sustainably. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We'll be happy to make it right!
